Shielded in the lee
Layers of blue rimmed clouds
Unweave
Stirred by unfelt energies
Dissipate
My feet pulse
Bruised from unsteady scramble
Littered tracks
Tentative discernment
Humble reception
Amongst coarse heath and mirrored petals
The earth bleeds clear water
Dressing unlikely companions
As they fabric the hillside
And all the ghosts
Take their empty words
and leave
